Robust radio tool measurement system made of stainless steel for measuring tool length, radius, and cutting edges, as well as detecting tool breakage directly in the machine. Equipped with a magnetic base plate for quick positioning and alignment on the machine table. Measuring insert Ø 13 mm.
The m&h TS‑R‑400 radio tool setter measuring system is used to efficiently determine tool geometries such as tool length and tool radius directly on the machine tool. It also enables the measurement of individual cutting edges and the detection of tool breakage. With the m&h TS‑R‑400, measurements can be carried out both statically and dynamically.The measuring signals are transmitted wirelessly via radio transmission over long distances to the receiver, free from interference, ensuring a streamlined and reliable process.
The tool setter is designed for optimal use in modern production environments. Equipped with an all‑round illumination ring, intuitive handling, and a display directly on the probe, configuration changes and system status checks are easier than ever. In addition, thanks to a separate shank, the TS‑R‑400 can also be converted into a standard 3D touch probe.
