The m&h RWP20.50-G is a modular radio-wave touch probe operating in the 2.4 GHz frequency range. Radio-wave transmission ensures that the measuring signals from the touch probe can be transmitted to the receiver over large distances. It offers bidirectional communication and can be customized with various measuring units, extensions, and cross-probes. This flexibility allows for optimal adaptation to future requirements and diverse applications within the machine tool.

Application

• The radio-wave touch probe RWP20.50-G is used for workpiece measurement, and automatic determination and compensation of deviating angular positions of workpieces. Moreover, it is used for setting zero points inside the machine tool.
• It is capable of measuring workpiece geometries, like edges, bores, bosses, 
  slots, webs, angles, corners and circular arches. It is also suitable for measuring complex geometries such as 
  free-form surfaces and for measurement with tilted swivel axes.
