The kinematic fixture plate ensures precise, repeatable positioning and eliminates manual alignment. It is designed to be mounted on a pre-installed kinematic base plate.

The kinematic base plate remains mounted on the machine table and enables fast, accurate, and highly repeatable positioning of kinematic fixture plates without the need for manual alignment.

The spring plunger gently secures delicate parts that could otherwise be damaged by conventional clamping methods.

This fixture base plate can be connected side-by-side with other base plates of the same size. M8 threaded holes and alphanumeric identification enable quick and easy fixture setup and repeatable fixture assembly.

The base plate guide rail provides precise alignment and positioning of acrylic base plates at any side of the measuring volume of a multisensor CMM.

The spring-loaded standoff securely holds delicate components in position using lateral clamping force.
