The m&h IRP25.50-PP is a bidirectional infrared touch probe characterized by its modular structure. It supports various measuring units, extensions, and cross-probes, enabling optimal adjustment to future requirements and applications in the machine tool. The system is designed for flexibility and future-proofing measurement tasks.
Application
- The infrared touch probe IRP25.50 is used for workpiece measurement and for automatic determination and compensation of deviating angular positions of workpieces. Moreover it is used for setting zero points inside the machine tool.
- It is capable of measuring workpiece geometries like edges, bores, pins, slots, webs, angles, corners and circular arches. Furthermore it allows measuring of complex geometries like 3 dimensional surfaces, measuring with swivelled 4th and 5th axis and measuring of workpieces with a variety of measuring objects.
- Through the infrared transmission, measurement signals are transferred from the probe to the receiver over long
distances.
