Objectives: This virtual classroom course will give first time users of PC-DMIS a basic understanding of the software and measurements necessary to write and execute inspection plans. The course curriculum includes probe calibration, alignments, measurements, dimensioning, manual and DCC modes and using CAD models.
Course Format: Instructor-led virtual course utilizing Microsoft Teams. This is ONLINE ONLY, and will require Offline PC-DMIS (provided by Hexagon), and a stable internet connection.
Course Length: 5 days
Audience: This course is for PC-DMIS users with both Manual and DCC coordinate measuring machines.
Suggested Prerequisites:
- Basic Knowledge of PC's in the Windows environment
- CMM Fundamentals (free course)
